Barbara Calhoun Park

Barbara Calhoun Park is often referred to as the “water tank park.” Here you’ll find tennis courts, small playground area, restrooms, and a picnic tables underneath beautiful shade trees.

Visitors will also notice large archery targets and local archers regularly practicing their skills. The archery program is provided by the local non-profit group Mid GA Archery Club (www.midgaarchery.com). Interested participants should email midgaarcheryclub@gmail.com for additional information.

The parking lot will close at 10:00 p.m. each day (unless the tennis courts are rented).
